B61HT
The B-61HT is a mechanically driven drilling rig
with high torque power for the big jobs. It has applications
in geotechnical, environmental and mineral and aggregate
prospecting. Auger drilling, both hollow stem and
contin-uous flight, and rotary drilling are possible.
The drive line is the heart of the B-61HT’s
exceptional performance. The fully reversing automatic
transmission is equipped with four-speeds forward
with reverse and combines with the field-proven heavy
duty right angle drive with a two inch Kelly bar.
The B-61HT can be configured for auger, rotary,
or percussion drilling applications. It also has
the option of being equipped with a hydraulically
compensated SPT auto-hammer.
The B-61HT is sized for mounting on a variety of
carriers to provide go-anywhere versatility. Truck,
single or tandem axle, and trailer mounts are the
most common setups.
